The Environmental Education Advisory Council (EEAC) of NYC, the Bronx Community College, and James Baldwin Outdoor Learning Center are excited to host the How Things Work Conference on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at Bronx Community College. NYC middle and high school students and educators are invited to attend and learn about environmental systems through exhibits and activities. See attached flyer for more information.

We are excited to announce the first-ever How Things Work Conference, a special program hosted by EEAC, City College, and the James Baldwin Outdoor Learning Center.

During this session participants will engage in facilitated discussion and reflection to generate a list of specific projects that promote and implement environmental education in schools and non-formal settings in NYC and its immediate region.
